Does opencontent support sending an attachment with an Email?

In the properties template it's possible to assign a form to a detail page. We try to assign an attachment to the form for non-authorized users to send it along with the email (as it's not possible to asign a file field type using the default form builder).
Apparently it's possible according to Alpaca to send a file: http://www.alpacajs.org/docs/fields/upload.html.
But is it possible in opencontent?
