Show items a user's role does not have access to

Hello,

I want to show a list of items on the page that the current user has access to. I've successfully used the role based view permissions to do this.

Now, I want to create a second module which does the exact opposite: I want to show a list of items that the user does not presently have access to (and hide the items the user does have access to).

Is this possible using OpenContent?
