Cont. - Open Content Modules Disappearing

Hello,

Our team is having difficulties opening up the previous discussion "Open Content Modules Disappearing". This has been a major bug on our site for about a year. Can we get some help/support on this? Our forum posts related to this seem to go unanswered. Thanks.

Do you have an email? I am unable to post screenshots here in my reply so I can share them with you.

Here is the run-down:

We have an opencontent module not appearing time to time on pages.

Here is a web page where it can occur: https://www.tylertech.com/products/enterprise-justice. Below the headlines "Powerful Web-Based Software, Connecting Justice Partners" and "Enterprise Justice Essential Integrations" the icons and hover cards don't appear.

When the module loads properly everything is good. When the module does not load we get this error message (posted in our discussion from Amanda Lee):
